“Wings of Gold”
“Wings of Gold” is a nostalgic look at some of the best fighting aircraft of World War I and World War II. This 19-card set features aircraft from France, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, and the United States. The first four cards show World War I aircraft. Cards 5-18 feature aircraft from World War II. The 19th card is a series checklist. The fronts of the cards feature attractive multicolored flight or action scenes surrounded by a black border. The fronts the cards do not contain any captions. The Backs of the cards contain the card number, set title, card title, a descriptive text of the aircraft, and a brief table of aircraft specifications and performance data.
